Please note that warranty claims will not be approved for any damage or defects resulting from using incorrect ink to refill your stamps, or ink that is not purchased directly from our company.

Returns & Refunds: Custom Made Products

Our custom products are crafted exclusively according to the specific requirements and customization details provided by the customer at the time of order.
We cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by the customer during the customization process, and we will not provide free replacements for orders affected by such errors. We kindly ask you to carefully review your spelling, design, and product preview before finalizing your customization to ensure that all entered information matches your intended result.
In the event that we make an error with your order, or if the product fails to perform in line with its stated specifications, we will provide a free replacement without any additional cost to you.

Returns & Refunds: Stock Products

We accept returns for stock items within 30 days of delivery. However, please be advised that we do not provide return shipping services nor will we reimburse any costs associated with returning the item to us.
