FAQ - Custom Wooden Rubber Stamps

Design & Customization Questions

Q1: What file types can I upload for my custom stamp?

A: We recommend black & white high-contrast PNG, JPG, SVG or vector files. Gradient photos, colorful pictures or blurry low-resolution images cannot be engraved clearly. If you do not have a vector file, our designers can help you trace your logo for free.

Q2: Can I preview the engraving proof before production?

A: Yes! We will send you a digital layout proof via email within 1–2 working days after you place the order. You can request free minor revisions before we start engraving. We will NOT produce your stamp without your confirmation.

Q3: Can I change text, fonts or adjust the layout? Are there extra fees for edits?

A: Basic text edits, font swaps and simple layout adjustments are completely free. Complex redrawing of artwork may have a small extra charge, which we will notify you in advance.

Q4: How detailed can the stamp be engraved? Will tiny lines get blurry?

A: Our laser engraving supports fine details, but extremely thin lines smaller than 0.3mm may not stamp cleanly. Our team will warn you if your design has unprintable tiny details.

🪵 Product & Quality Questions

Q5: What material is the wooden handle made of?

A: Our handles are made of solid natural beech wood with smooth sanded finish. Each piece has slight natural wood grain variations, which makes every stamp unique.

Q6: Is the rubber stamp head durable? How many times can I stamp it?

A: The high-quality laser rubber pad can be stamped thousands of times with proper use. It resists normal wear for daily packaging, craft and small business use.

Q7: Will the stamp ink bleed or smudge when stamping?

A: Clean stamping depends on your ink pad and surface. Our rubber pads are smooth-cut for crisp impressions. We suggest oil-based ink pads for kraft boxes, tags and packaging paper.

Q8: What surfaces can I stamp on?

A: Works great on kraft paper, gift boxes, paper tags, journal pages, cup sleeves, envelopes and thin cardstock. It is not recommended for glossy plastic, thick fabric or uneven rough surfaces.

 Order & Shipping Questions

Q9: How long is the production time for custom stamps?

A: Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. Shipping time depends on your country’s shipping method you choose at checkout.

Q10: Can I return or exchange a custom stamp if I made a mistake in my design?

A: Custom engraved products are non-refundable and non-resalable once produced. That is why we always send a proof for your confirmation first. If we make an engraving error on our side, we will remake and reship for free.

Q11: What if my stamp arrives damaged during shipping?

A: Please take clear photos of the damaged package and product within 48 hours of delivery, then contact our support email. We will solve the damage issue for you.

Q12: Do you charge hidden setup fees or artwork fees?

A: No hidden fees at all. The price you see at checkout covers basic design check, layout and engraving. Only complex manual redrawing will have a transparent extra cost quoted upfront.

 Usage Questions

Q13: Does the stamp come with an ink pad?

A: Free premium ink pad included.

Q14: Can I reorder just a replacement rubber pad later without the wooden handle?

A: Yes. We offer replacement rubber pad reorders for existing customers, which saves you money instead of buying a full new stamp set.
